Administrative Fee : $150.00 One time fee to save unit and lock in rent. Refundable if application is denied
Application Fee: $75.00 Per applicant over age of 18
Cable and Wifi Fee: $69.00 Monthly
Pest Control Fee: $1.00 Monthly
Valet Trash Fee: $40.00 Monthly
Deposit Insurance: $15.00 - $30.00 Monthly fee based on credit in lieu of upfront deposit
Monthly Pet Rent: $20.00 Charged per pet per month
Pet Fee: $300.00 Charged at move in per pet
Insurance Compliance: $35.00 Charged if insurance policy is out of compliance
